I am always looking for new and different salad dressing recipes. This one sounds good and I will try it for sure. I like the additon of the anchovies. Thanks for sharing!

Receta Green Goddess Dressing and Veggie Dip
I love this stuff. You can leave out the anchovies, and it will still be good.
Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup parsley
- 1 tbs. chives
- 2 scallions, chopped (white and some green parts)
- 1 fat clove of garlic, chopped
- 1-2 tbs. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon, or 1 tsp. fresh, minced
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1-2 anchovies in oil
- optional: few drops green food coloring
Direcciones
- Combine ingredients in a food processor and blend to desired consistency.
- Keep in the fridge.
