- 1 lb mango unripe (green)
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 1 med carrot peeled and grated
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 x clove garlic chopped
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
Direcciones
- Peel, seed and grate mango. In a medium bowl, combine mango, bean sprouts,and grated carrot.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and combine with mango mix.
