Ingredientes
- 4 c. grnd onion
- 4 c. grnd cabbage
- 4 c. grnd tomatoes
- 12 warm peppers
- 6 sweet peppers
- 1/2 c. salt
- 6 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 teaspoon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 4 c. vinegar
- 2 c. water
Direcciones
- Grind all together, sprinkle with salt, let stand overnight. Rinse and drain. Heat to boiling, simmer 3 min. Pack in jars and seal. (Better not rinsed).
