Receta Green Turkey Chili

Ingredientes
- 3/8 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 6 lrg celery stalks diced
- 2 lrg green bell pepper seeded, diced
- 4 x green onions sliced
- 4 lrg garlic cloves chopped
- 2 lb grnd turkey
- 2 quart canned white kidney beans liquid removed, rinsed
- 2/3 c. Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
- 3 c. water
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
Direcciones
- Heat 4 Tbsp. of oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add in celery and green pepper and cook 5 min. Add in green onions and garlic, cook 5 min, stirring occasionally. With slotted spoon, remove vegetables to plate.
- Add in remaining 2 Tbsp. oil. Over medium-high heat, cook grnd turkey till well-browned on all sides, stirring frequently.
- Add in cooked vegetables, kidney beans, Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce, water and salt. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20 min, stirring occasionally. Uncover saucepan and simmer 5 min. Stir in parsley and serve.
