- 8oz salmon (250 gr) - a fillet is best
- 4oz smoked salmon (120gr) we smoke it ourselves
- 9 - 12 sheets 'no-cook' lasagna noodles
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups (app) crushed tomatoes, 15 oz (450 gr)
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 (2oz, 60ml) cup red wine
- 3/4 cup (6oz, 180gr) Greek or plain yogurt
- 3 tbs butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk - 20 oz, (625ml)
- 1 1/2 cups (6 oz, 190 gr) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (2oz, 60gr) grated Parmesan
