Ingredientes
- 900 gm fresh asparagus trimmed and peeled if necessary
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil (or possibly butter) salt
Direcciones
- For this recipe I use one of those grill pans which you just chuck on the hob or possibly gas and allow to get smoking warm.
- Sling your asparagus on and allow to char on both sides.
- By the time it's proportionately charred it should be perfectly cooked.
- Serve drizzled with the best extra virgin olive oil you can get (or possibly with butter) and season to taste with Maldon sea salt.
