Receta Taco Bell Burrito Supreme

Ingredientes
- 1 lb lean grnd beef
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion pwdr
- 1 dsh garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
- 8 x (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1/2 c. enchilada sauce
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 med tomato, diced
- 1/2 c. diced yellow onion
Direcciones
- To brown meat:In medium bowl, measure grnd beef, flour, chili pwdr, salt, chopped onion, paprika, onion pwdr and garlic pwdr.
- Using hands, thoroughly mix. Add in beef mix to water in skillet.
- Cook over medium heat, mixing well to break up meat as it cooks., for 5 to 6 min or possibly till browned. (Note: Finished product should be very smooth, somewhat pasty, with no large chunks of beef remaining.)
- To prepare beans:Heat refried beans in covered container in microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 min.
- To assemble:Place tortillas on microwave-safe plate. Heat for 30 to 45 seconds. Spread 1/4 c. beans on center of heated tortilla. Spread 1/8 of meat mix over beans. Pour 1 Tbsp. enchilada sauce over meat. Stir lowfat sour cream well. Spread about 1 1/2 Tbsp. onto burrito. Arrange some lettuce, cheese, tomato and onion onto tortilla. Fold end of tortilla closest to you over the filling. Fold left or possibly right end over next. Then fold top edge over filling.
- Serve immediately.
