Receta Grilled Banana Compote

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg Unpeeled bananas, cut in half
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Dark rum Splash Grand Marnier
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger Orange zest, for garnish
Direcciones
- Rub the cool grill rack with oil, and light coals or possibly start grill. Brush bananas with vegetable oil and grill for 2 to 3 min. Remove from the grill, peel, and cut into medium-size pcs. In a medium-size saute/fry pan, heat butter till bubbling. Add in brown sugar and bring to a boil. Add in banana pcs and rum. Splash with Grand Marnier. Boil for about 1 minute. Add in cinnamon and ginger; remove from heat. Serve hot over ice cream, garnished with orange zest.
- Serves four.
