Receta Grilled Chicken Summer Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pkt good seasons Italian dressing mix
- 1/2 c. orange juice (divided)
- 1 tsp olive or possibly Canola oil
Direcciones
- Mix together dry dressing mix, 1/4 c. orange juice & oil in a ziploc bag.
- Add in Chicken. Marinate for at least 8 hours or possibly overnight. Grill chicken till done - marinated meat will cook faster so do not over-cook it. Let chicken cold and cut into bite size pcs.
- Prepare 1 lb penne pasta - drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
- Mix cooled chicken with pasta and add in:2 c. seedless grapes halved1 c. pecans1 c. mayonnaise mixed with 1/4 c. orange juice pepper and season salt to taste1/4 c. Parmesan cheeseToss together well and chill.
