Receta Mango Chicken Summer Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 ct Breyer's Fat Free Lemon Yogurt -
- 3 Tbsp. Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 pkt Louis Rich Grilled Chicken Breast Strips (6 ounce)
- 1 x mango peeled, diced
- 1 x avocado peeled, diced Leaf lettuce as needed
Direcciones
- Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and lowfat milk till well blended. Toss chicken breast strips, mango and avocado with 1/2 c. of the yogurt mix. Serve on bed of lettuce with remaining yogurt mix.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
- Variation - Mango Chicken Salad Wrap: Prepare chicken salad as directed; spoon proportionately onto lettuce leaves. Roll up.
- How to ripen mango and/or possibly avocado: Store at room temperature till ripened.
