- 1/4 c. Fresh parsley
- 1 x Lemon, juice of
- 4 x Cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Chicken breast halves
Direcciones
- Process all ingredients but chicken in food processor and put in bowl or possibly plastic bag with chicken. Marinate covered in refrigerator for up to 24 hrs. Remove chicken and grill.
