Receta Honey Sesame Sherry Chicken

Ingredientes
- 4 (8 ounce.) chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 3 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 ounce. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ounce. butter
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoon parsley, fresh, minced
- 1 healthy pinch rosemary
- 3 ounce. flour
- 4 ounce. honey
- 4 ounce. sherry wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in a saute/fry pan. Dredge chicken breasts in flour and saute/fry 3 min on each side. Place breasts on platter and set aside. Add in sesame seeds to pan and cook till browned.
- Add in garlic, honey, rosemary, and sherry. Reduce till honey-like consistency is formed. Stir in butter and place chicken back in pan. Add in parsley and toss till warm. To serve, place chicken on plates and pour sauce over each. Serve with rice pilaf or possibly potato pancakes. Serves: 4. (Prep and Cooking Time: 30 min)
