Receta Grilled Corn With Cumin Scallion Butter

Ingredientes
- 1/2 Tbsp. cumin, seeds
- 1/4 tsp coarse salt
- 2 x scallion
- 3/4 stk unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon, juice
- 8 x ears corn, in husks
Direcciones
- In a dry small heavy skillet toast seeds over moderate heat, shaking till fragrant. Grind seeds and salt. Finely chop scallion greens to measure 1/4 c.. In a saucepan heat butter with cumin salt, stirring and stir in scallion greens and lemon juice. Cold butter.
- Peel husks from corn leaving them attached at the base. Brush with some butter and reassemble husks over ears. Grill corn for about 20 min.
- Serve corn with butter.
