Receta Grilled Endive With Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredientes
- 2 x Belgian endive
- 1 lrg navel orange
- 1 Tbsp. orange, zest
- 1 1/2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil salt, to taste white pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Squeeze 1 tbsp. orange juiceWhisk orange juice, 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, zest and salt and pepper.
- Halve endive lengthwise.
- Brush with remaining oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill on each side for about 5-6 min.
- Drizzle with vinaigrette.
