Receta Grilled Ginger-Sesame Chicken Wings

Ingredientes
- 4 pound chicken wings
- 1 1/2 T ginger
- 1 jalapeno pepper, steamed, seeded and minced
- 2 med. size cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T brown sugar
- 6 T soy sauce
- 2 T sesame or possibly vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon Oriental sesame oil
Direcciones
- Light charcoal grill. Remove smallest section of each wing and throw away. In a large bowl, put together remaining ingredients and stir to blend. Add in wings and put into marinade. Let wings marinate, turning several times. Remove and grill wings brushing often with marinade for about 20 min till skin is crisp and meat is tender.
