Receta Grilled Marinated Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 1 x zucchini - (abt 6" to 7") cut large chunks
- 1 x green bell pepper cut large pcs
- 1 x red bell pepper cut large pcs
- 8 ounce fresh crimini or possibly baby bella mushrooms
- 2 sm onions larged ringed
- 1/4 lb large asparagus snapped, and cut into 3" pcs
- 1 med eggplant cut large chunks
- 1 c. Worchestershire sauce
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. rice wine vinegar or possibly mirin Zest and juice of 1 lemon Freshly-cracked black pepper
- 1/4 c. garlic pwdr
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients, except mushrooms, in a large sealable container. Shake and chill overnight.
- Place mushrooms in container shortly before grilling. Grill on a grate for vegetable grilling till vegetables are nicely browned.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
