  • 1 x zucchini - (abt 6" to 7") cut large chunks
  • 1 x green bell pepper cut large pcs
  • 1 x red bell pepper cut large pcs
  • 8 ounce fresh crimini or possibly baby bella mushrooms
  • 2 sm onions larged ringed
  • 1/4 lb large asparagus snapped, and cut into 3" pcs
  • 1 med eggplant cut large chunks
  • 1 c. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. rice wine vinegar or possibly mirin Zest and juice of 1 lemon Freshly-cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 c. garlic pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients, except mushrooms, in a large sealable container. Shake and chill overnight.
  2. Place mushrooms in container shortly before grilling. Grill on a grate for vegetable grilling till vegetables are nicely browned.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
