Receta Nutty Fudge Bars

Ingredientes
- 2Â 1/3 c. vanilla protein pwdr
- 1 sqr unsweetened chocolate - (1 ounce)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 ounce cream cheese
- 1 ounce minced walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1/4 c. Splenda
Direcciones
- Heat butter, cream cheese, peanut butter and chocolate in bowl in microwave and mix together very well. Add in splenda and vanilla, mix well again.
- Add in walnuts and protein pwdr and mix. It will be difficult and messy to mix, you will have to use your hands near the end to knead it all together, squeezing so which the pwdr disolves into the mix.
- Place in a baking pan, flatten and chill. (Using a rectangular casserole dish works great here.) When cooled and hardened, cut into 8 bars.
- This recipe yields 8 bars; approximately 3.2 carb grams per bar.
