Ingredientes
- 8 slc White bread
- 8 slc Mozzarella cheese, 1-ounce each
- 4 x Italian plum tomatoes, sliced Fresh basil leaves
- 3 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter, softened
Direcciones
- To assemble sandwiches, top each of 4 slices of bread with 1 slice of cheese, slices from 1 tomato, fresh basil leaves and second slice of cheese; top with remaining bread slices.
- Spread margarine on outside of each sandwich. Heat large skillet or possibly griddle to 375 degrees. Cook sandwiches in skillet over medium heat for 2-3 min on each side or possibly till bread is golden and cheese is melted.
