Receta Grilled Pork Chops Oregano

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Garlic cloves minced very fine
- 1 x Onion minced very fine
- 1/4 c. Very finely minced oregano Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 14 x to 16 Pork chops - (abt 2 lbs total) cut 1/4 inch thick
Direcciones
- Mix the extra virgin olive oil, garlic, onion, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste in a 9- by 12-inch ceramic or possibly glass baking dish. Dip both sides of the pork chops in this mix and leave to marinate in the refrigerator, covered, for 4 hrs, turning several times. Remove the pork chops from the refrigerator 15 min before grilling.
- Prepare a medium-warm charcoal fire or possibly preheat a gas grill for 15 min on medium-high.
- Remove the pork chops from the marinade and throw away the marinade. Place the pork chops with any marinating ingredients adhering to them on the grill. Cook, turning only once, till golden with black grid marks, about 10 min.
- This recipe yields 4 to 5 servings
- Comments: A simple Sicilian preparation which's very easy and deliciously flavored with the oregano and garlic in the marinade.
