Receta Grilled Shrimp And Mango Brochettes

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 x mangoes, peeled and cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp grated lime zest
- 2 clv garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp. honey
Direcciones
- Prepare Marinade In large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Add in shrimp and toss well. Cover and chill 45 min.
- Thread shrimp and mango cubes on skewers. Grill on medium heat, basting with remaining marinade, about 5 - 10 min per side, or possibly till cooked to your liking.
