Receta Grilled Shrimp Caesar Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Fatfree frzn shrimp, thawed
- 1 sm Red onion, sliced
- 3/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. fatfree Caesar salad, divided dressing
- 10 c. Romaine lettuce, cut in bitesize (10 To 12) pcs
- 1 c. Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 c. Artichoke hearts, minced
- 1 1/2 c. Fatfree seasoned croutons, (2 ounce.)
- 3/4 c. Fatfree Parmesan cheese, (3 ounce.)
Direcciones
- Prepare a mediumhot grill. Lightly spray wire hinged grill basket with nonfat cooking spray or possibly directly spray grill. Brush shrimp and onion slices lightly with Caesar dressing. Place shrimp and onion in grill basket. Cook 810 min, turning once, and brushing with additional dressing till shrimp are pink and hard. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, croutons, shrimp and onions in a large mixing bowl; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss lightly. Gradually pour Caesar dressing over salad and toss till well mixed.
