Receta Grilled Soft Shell Crab Sandwiches With Green Chile Aioli

Ingredientes
- 4 x Soft-shell crabs, cleaned
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Salt and freshly grnd pepper
- 4 x Sandwich rolls
- 1/4 c. Green Chile Aioli Mixed greens Tomato slices
- 1 c. Good quality mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Chopped fresh garlic
- 1 x Poblano chile, grilled, peeled and seeded
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice Salt and freshly grnd pepper
Direcciones
- Prepare a wood or possibly charcoal grill and allow it to burn down to the embers.
- Brush crabs lightly with extra virgin olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Grill for 2 1/2 min on each side.
- For each sandwich, place crab on one half of the roll top with mixed greens, tomato slices and Green Chile Aioli.
- Green Chile Aioli: Combine all ingredients in the food processor and process till the poblano is pureed. Season to taste with salt and freshly grnd pepper.
- Yield: about 1 c.
