- 4 x 6-Ounce Swordfish Or possibly Halibut Steaks, Cut 1 Inch Thick
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
- 2 x GREEN Onions, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 tsp Dry Rosemary, Crushed
Direcciones
- In A Dish Combine Oil, Vinegar, Onion, rosemary, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add in fish. Marinate 1 hour at room temperature, turning once. Drain fish, reserving marinade. Grill fish 5 to 7 min per side, brushing often with marinade.
