Receta Grilled Tuna With A Mustard Sauce

Ingredientes
- 4 x one-inch-thick tuna steaks Vegetable oil for brushing tuna
- 1 x salt and pepper for season
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice - (30ml)
- 2 Tbsp. white wine - (30ml)
- 2 Tbsp. butter - (30ml)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard - (5ml)
Direcciones
- Season tuna with salt and pepper and brush with oil, place on hot grill and cook for 3 to 4 min, per side or possibly till tuna is cooked through.
- Combine lemon juice, butter, wine and Dijon to a pot and bring to a gentle boil.
- Plate tuna pcs on to separate serving plates and spoon sauce over each piece.
- Serve and enjoy!
