Ingredientes

  • 1 x turkey breast halved, to reduce thickness
  • 8 ounce Italian salad dressing
  • 8 x strips bacon

Direcciones

  1. Pour dressing over halved turkey breast; chill and marinate overnight.
  2. Remove meat from marinade, and use toothpicks to pin two strips of bacon to each side of each half.
  3. Grill over charcoal, turning frequently, long sufficient to cook thoroughly but not long sufficient to dry out the meat.
