Receta Ground Beef Medley

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef or possibly turkey
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 c. uncooked elbow pasta
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. catsup or possibly tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 pound can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
Direcciones
- 1. In a microwave colander, place meat, onion and green pepper. Set in a glass casserole dish and microwave 4-6 min, stirring twice. Pour off drippings. Pour mix into casserole dish and add in pasta, tomato juice, corn, water, catsup, chili pwdr, salt and pepper. Microwave on high, covered, for 8-10 min, stirring halfway through.
- 2. Sprinkle soup mix on top and microwave for another 6-8 min. Rest covered for 5-10 min. Serves 4-6. Add in vegetables, if you like, to this recipe.
