Receta Ground Beef Oriental

Ingredientes
- 2 onions, finely minced
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. reg rice, uncooked
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound can bean sprouts (optional)
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- Chow mein noodles
Direcciones
- Brown onion and celery in butter and remove from pan. Brown rice and grnd beef in skillet. Drain bean sprouts. Mix all ingredients except chow mein noodles and bake in covered dish for 30 min at 350 degrees, uncover and bake 30 min longer. Serve over noodles.
