Receta Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredientes
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c. minced mushrooms
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 2 tbsp. cooking sherry
- 1 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt
Direcciones
- Brown beef in skillet with onions and garlic. When beef is brown, rinse slightly with a little water and drain; add in mushrooms and pepper. Stir in tomato paste and water. Cook over high heat for 5 min, stirring occasionally. Turn stove to low, add in yogurt and sherry. Cook at low heat for 10 min. Serve over 1/2 c. egg noodles.
