Receta Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. + 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 c. evaporated skimmed lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper or possibly to taste
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 pound cooked grnd beef, crumbled
- 1 c. plain low fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
Direcciones
- In skillet heat butter till bubbly and warm. Add in onion and garlic and saute/fry till onion is softened. Add in mushrooms and saute/fry. Mix flour and lowfat milk and add in and cook, stirring constantly till mix is smooth. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low and let simmer, stirring frequently, till sauce is thick 10 to 15 min. Stir in beef and yogurt and combine thoroughly. Cook till beef is heated through. Serve over noodles or possibly rice.
