Receta Ground Meat & Potato Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd meat
- 1 onion (med.)
- 2 to 3 med. potatoes
- 1 can Campbells pork & beans (soup can size)
- 1 sm. can tomato sauce
Direcciones
- Cut potatoes in slices in bottom of casserole (like thick potato chips). Slice onion in rings, separate rings and put on top of potatoes. Pack grnd meat on top of potatoes and onions. Pour beans on top of meat and tomato sauce on top. Poke knife down thru to bottom and pull to side so some of sauce drips thru. (About 4 to 5 times and around edges.) Put in 350 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till meat is done.
