Receta Ground Pork Burgers

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Lean Grnd Pork
- 2 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 1 med Onion, finely minced
- 1 c. Honey Barbecue Sauce, (Recipe below or possibly Prepared Sauce)
- 6 x Wheat Hamburger Buns, split and toasted Honey
Direcciones
- Mix the pork, garlic, and onion. Crumble into a skillet and cook over medium heat till pork is cooked. Drain, then stir in the honey barbecue sauce and simmer for about 15 min.
- When ready to serve, toast the buns and spread honey on the inside of each.
- Spoon pork mix onto the buns and serve.
- Kitchen Staff Tip: For a great homemade Honey Barbecue Sauce, combine the following ingredients in a large saucepan: 2 pints vinegar, 16 ounce. ketchup, 16 ounce. French or possibly Western Salad Dressing, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 Tbs. lemon juice, 1 Tbs. grnd red pepper, 1 Tbs. grnd black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 c. honey. Simmer on low heat till the sauce is thick and creamy. As an option, add in 1 or possibly 1/2 Tbs. liquid smoke during the last 30 min of cooking.
