Receta Grouper With Salsa Verde Pepin

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. Chopped onion
- 1 sm Chopped green pepper
- 1 x Clove garlic crushed
- 1/4 c. Wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley Salt to taste Pepper to taste
- 2 lb Grouper fillets Seasoned flour
- 1/4 c. Clarified butter
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion, green pepper and garlic in 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil over high heat.
- Stir in vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper. Keep sauce hot while you cook fish. Dredge 2 pounds grouper fillets in seasoned flour. Saute/fry in 1/4 c clarified butter at high heat for 3 min each side. Pour sauce over fillets and serve.
