Receta Guacamole
This recipe is refreshing and delicious, yet simple and intreging.
Ingredientes
- 4 avacados
- 2 Limes, juiced and zested
- 1 roma tomato
- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
- A Pinch of Kosher Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper

- Remove the pit and flesh of the avacado. Discard the pit and put the flesh in the bowl. To do this, hold a towel in the palm of your hand and insert the knife along the stem. Roll the avacado around in your hand, and twist the two sides apart. Take a spoon and remove the flesh.
- Juice and zest the limes into the bowl.
- Mash the mixture of avacados and lime until it is mostly smooth but still has some chunks in it.
- Finely dice the red onion, wash and seed tomato, and add to bowl.
- Add a pinch of Kosher Salt and a few Grinds of black pepper(to taste)
