Receta Guacamole
This is an easy to make guacamole. Every time I make it I think of my brother. The only way he will eat avocadoes is if it is guacamole. Otherwise he won't touch them. We are fortunate to have great Hass avocadoes all year long here in California. My wife loves avocadoes. Though they are high in fat it is good fat not saturated. This goes well with most anything Mexican or Southwestern.
