Receta Guacamole con Limon
This wonderful recipe contains no tomato, but you could add it. It's the recipe of an art professor friend, who served it one time and I made him tell me the ingredients. For lime lovers!
Ingredientes
- 1 medium ripe avocado, mashed
- 2 fresh limes, squeezed
- 1 scallion, minced
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove mashed
- salt to taste
- Tabasco to taste
Direcciones
- Mash the avocado and combine with everything , holding back juice of 1 lime.
- Squeeze the second lime on top of guacamole.
- Optional: tomato, cilantro
