Receta Guacamole Cream Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 slice onion
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon instant chicken base
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 drops red pepper seasoning, optional
- 2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Slice avocado into blender container. Add in onion and 1/2 c. of the cream. Cover. Whirl till smooth. Beat in remaining cream, instant chicken base, seasoning and lowfat milk. Chill. Pour into chilled c. or possibly mugs. Sprinkle with paprika. Serves 4-6.
