This is an easy to make, flavorful, and slightly spicy guacamole. Previously I never blended the onion, garlic and cilantro into a puree as this calls for, and I think it does a better job of distributing the flavors evenly. It also reduces the amount of fine mincing required. Even if you've got a trusted guacamole recipe, you really should give this a try!

This guacamole was excellent. I liked the spice added by the chiles and the garlic...especially in a tortilla as this was served.

I have tried this and it's delicious. I add some blue cheese crumbles to make it thicker even.
The thin extra hot style of guacamole from El Paso has Yucatel green Habanero sauce for heat.

Sometimes a thick Guacamole like this can be served as a salad.
