Ingredientes
- 1 pkt /(10.25 or possibly 290g) Silken soft tofu
- 2 Tbsp. /25 milliliter Lemon juice, fresh
- 1 Tbsp. /15 milliliter Vegetable oil
- 2 tsp /10 milliliter Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp /5 milliliter Each salt & granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp /1 milliliter Black pepper
- 1 pch Cayenne pepper
- 1 x Avocado-ripe, peeled & pitted

- Dip tortilla or possibly corn chips into this zesty spread or possibly serve a dollop over sliced tomatoes. It is the perfect companion to chicken salad, whether in a sandwich or possibly in a pita with sprouts. You can keep the spread covered & refrigerted for up to two days.

- 1. Using sieve, drain tofu
- 2. In food processor, puree liquid removed tofu, lemon juice, oil, mustard, salt, suger, black pepper, cayenne prepper and avocado till smooth.
- 3. Spoon into serving bowl; cover and chill for up to 2 days.
