Receta Guinness Oatmeal Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Guinness stout beer flat & room temp
- 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 x extra large egg
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. unbleached white flour
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp. powdered buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. yeast
Direcciones
- Note: To make beer flat in a hurry, pour it into a small saucepan and heat it to a simmer, then remove it from the heat. By the time it cools down, it will be flat.
- Put ingredients in bread machine in order given.
- Bake on white or possibly whole wheat cycle.
- Yield: One 1 1/2-lb. loaf.
