Ingredientes
- 1 pound all lean grnd beef
- 1 (16 ounce.) can all mixed vegetables Or possibly 1 pound frzn mixed vegetables
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes
- 1/2 med. onion
- 1 cube beef bouillon
Direcciones
- Cook the grnd beef and onion; set aside. If frzn vegetables are used cook in a three-qt saucepan till well done. Then put in the cooked grnd beef and onion, then add in tomatoes. Season to taste with 1 cube beef bouillon. Cook 10 min between low and medium heat. Serves 6.
