Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef, browned
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 2 zucchini, sliced and quartered
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 can tomato soup
- 8 ounce. lg. chunk cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Brown beef. Add in vegetables and spices. Simmer 5 min or possibly till vegetables are tender. Add in cottage cheese. Continue to heat till hot. Sprinkle Parmesan and Mozzarella over top. Heat till cheese is melted. May be made in skillet or possibly Dutch oven.
