Receta Gyros Meat Loaf

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 lbs. grnd lamb
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. minced green pepper
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. fresh minced mint leaves
- 2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon dry oregano
- 2 teaspoon dry basil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
Direcciones
- Put everything into large bowl and massage the meat with bare hands for 5 min. Then put meat into an oiled loaf pan. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 90 min. Let cold and pour off liquid. Serve in pita bread or possibly in sandwiches. Season with cayenne pepper, lowfat sour cream, tomato, etc.
