- 1 c. shortening
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. sour lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Cream together shortening, sugar and Large eggs. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop a large tablespoonful of batter onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 min. Cold. Frost half of cookie with chocolate frosting and the other half with white frosting.
