Receta Halibut With Pine Nut And Parmesan Crust

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. pine nuts coarsely minced
- 4 Tbsp. freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. finely-minced fresh basil
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x halibut filets - (6 ounce ea) Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine the pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, basil, garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
- Place the halibut filets on a baking sheet and season with salt. Pat the pine nut mix onto the halibut, pressing lightly to make it adhere.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for 10 to 15 min, till the fish is opaque all the way through.
