  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 T lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1 T melted shortening
  • Fat for frying onion rings

Direcciones

  1. Cut onions. Mix together all ingredients for batter. Dip onion into batter and fry in hot fat. Very crispy and good!
