Ingredientes
- 4 c. hash brown potato cubes thawed
- 1 c. cooked ham cubed
- 1 c. Monterey jack cheese shredded
- 1/4 c. green onions minced
- 1 can green chiles liquid removed
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 6 x Large eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 . In greased 9 x 13 pan, spread potatoes. Top with ham, Monterey jack cheese, and chiles. In medium bowl combine lowfat milk, Large eggs, salt and pepper; beat with wire whisk or possibly fork till frothy. Pour over potatoes. Bake for 30 min; sprinkle with cheese. Continue baking for 5 - 10 min or possibly till Large eggs are set.
