  • 1 tbsp. & 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. beef bouillon, instant
  • 1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. mustard, prepared
  • 1 tbsp. & 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon A-1 or possibly Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar or possibly sweetener
  • Dash warm peppers
  • 16 ounce. ham sliced thin or possibly shredded

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet, add in onions and garlic. Saute/fry till tender. Add in remaining ingredients except ham and cook over low heat till mix has thickened slightly. Add in ham, heat and serve. Serves 4.
