Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound ham
- 1 can whole potatoes
- 1 can green or possibly yellow beans
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Dice the ham. Brown in a medium size pot. Add in beans. Drain potatoes and quarter them. Add in to ham and beans. Stir in chopped onion. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Serves 2-3 people.
