- 3 Packages ham shank
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 2 stalks Chinese cabbage
- 1 Portuguese sausage (warm or possibly mild)
- Dash of pepper

- First boil the ham shank till it is tender. You may change the water before you add in more water during the process of boiling. After it is tender, add in the rest of the ingredients and add in a dash of pepper.
