Ingredientes
- 2 c. diced cooked ham
- 1 c. minced green bell pepper
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) cut okra
- 1 can (15 ounce.) tomatoes
- 1 c. chicken broth or possibly water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black or possibly cayenne pepper
- 1 c. uncooked rice
Direcciones
- 1. Combine all ingredients except rice in a large, heavy skillet; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 10 min.
- 2. Stir in rice and simmer, covered, 20 min longer, or possibly till rice is tender. Yield: Serves 4.
